Instructions for rental service:
- Pick up: From 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
- Upon receiving your products, the full amount will be paid.
- At the time of delivery, you must formalize a deposit of €20.00 for possible damages, lack of cleaning, broken parts, etc. will be deducted from said deposit.
- Extension of the reservation with 48 hours in advance (subject to availability).
- Operation: Wait 2 hours before plugging in the refrigerator.
- Technical Assistance: In case of malfunction, contact. In the event of a breakdown, you must contact us as soon as possible.
- Displacement charge: Displacement will be charged for malfunction if due to poor installation or failure to follow instructions.
- Return: The return of a product will be made on the agreed day and time. Refrigerators, microwaves, tables and chairs must be returned clean, otherwise a cleaning fee will be charged. After verifying the condition of the rented product, the amount of €20.00 given as a deposit will be returned, if applicable.
